A neighbourhood study

Sobha Hartland.

Eight million square feet of masterplanned community, set against the Ras Al Khor wetlands and the inland canal. Thirty percent of the ground is given over to mature trees and open green space — a green-belt address fifteen minutes from Downtown Dubai.

We represent eighty-seven sub-projects across the development — from the early Greens and Estates phases to Waves, The Crest, Creek Vistas and the next-generation One Park Avenue and Hartland II. This is the neighbourhood we know most closely.

The wetlands to the south are a protected flamingo sanctuary; the canal that runs through the development connects to the Dubai Creek and out to the Gulf. The result is a quieter Dubai — closer to a riverside London neighbourhood than the towers of Marina or JLT.
